Overall very interesting and interactive session - I have gained a lot more knowledge with regards to MCA and DoLs.

Really worthwhile day - lots of useful information and practical tips and hints to apply in the workplace. Was great to have differing levels of experience and organisations among the attendees - interesting to see how other organisations apply the legislation/guidance. Kerry was great, she really made discussions interesting and kept to a good pace throughout the day.

I thought this was a really great course, Emma was really clear and engaging, I liked her examples of real life experience in negotiating and she was clearly interested in how things work in teh civil service, so it felt like a real conversation. I have very clear actions to take away, so thank you!
