The Accident and Investigation course was challenging yet engaging. It delivered valuable information in a way that promoted learning. The instructor's excellent communication made the content clear and relatable, using practical examples to enhance understanding.

The Accident and Investigation course was informative and well presented. Richard Jones clearly explained complex topics, making them easy to understand. Role plays, particularly Paul Moore's portrayal of the injured person, added realism to the training.
