This was a fantastic course, it was extremely informative and Rob was an excellent speaker. The only criticism I have is that there was not enough hours in the day to all be cross examined and to sit and ask questions about his experiences

Lovely trainer, very knowledgeable

Tim Kirkham is an excellent trainer, knowledgeable and able to bring the subject to life in a helpful and memorable way. Made a real difference to this module.

Tim Kirkham was an excellent presenter with a real depth of knowledge on the subject he was teaching. His presentation style was very good and easy to follow and understand. He responded very well to questions and regularly checked our understanding of the course content.

The only critique that I'd have as the material didn't mention how the legal proceedings would work in Scotland, as there are people on the course who work in that location.

The content appeared to be tailored to suit and will certainly help in my daily role. The facilitator was great and personable and extremely knowledgeable in the subject and able to make it easy to follow The guides and slides were excellently put together and will be a great source to refer to going forwards.
