The learning experience has strengthened both my knowledge and confidence I now have a clearer understanding of the types of stigmas faced by individuals and families. Uzma has played a major role in making the course engaging and accessible. She explained clearly she was patient and always linked back to examples. Uzma has supported me throughout the course and created a positive learning environment everyone felt valued and listened to. Usma has helped me so much and encouraged me even when I felt like I couldn’t do it anymore thankyou so much for been patient with me and encouraging me and explaining in a more simple term for me when needed

I’m enjoying the course and steve is a very good engaging tutor.

The course was enjoyable and informative. The course tutor engaged all attendees in different ways which was an effective way to manage everybody. At times, it was quite slow and could have been completed more quickly than the time allocated.

I enjoyed my first day of learning, finding out more about the course and qualification over the next 8 months. I am looking forward to doing this course and along side having my own learners and seeing how they feel cope during an apprenticeship, and hopefully able to empathise with them.
