It was fantastic to shadow you Mandie. Thank you for having me. It was fantastic to see how the L5 sessions operate – and to see the extent to which they build on the Level 3 work. The time spent researching the theorists, and particularly the professional feedback discussion were really engaging and I could see how much the learners gained from them. It was interesting to see the depth each subject is covered in. This additional time to pick apart the different subjects gave the learners a great example for EPA.
