Didn’t finish the full webinar.
Response : Thank you for your honest feedback. Unfortunately, an unexpected internet outage meant that we were unable to complete the webinar within the scheduled time, which I completely appreciate was disappointing. Following the session I sent all learners the remaining content, together with suggested OTJ activities and resources, so that everyone could still work towards the learning outcomes. Thank you again for taking the time to share your experience.
