I liked the engagement and interaction and slides with information
My trainer was amazing. She was good at keeping us engaged and also gave us extra information to look at like Maslow's hierarchy of needs and makaton. I found this very interesting and helpful.
I really enjoyed attending this webinar. Natalie was very well spoken and have made me feel a lot more confident in safeguarding and recognising abuse.
