Good course and provided a useful insight into setting up a buisness and social media

By the end of the session, participants have a deeper understanding of the role of effective communication in caregiving. They are equipped with practical tools and techniques to improve their interactions with colleagues, patients, and their families. This not only enhances the quality of care provided but also contributes to a more positive and supportive work environment.

Learnt about Safeguarding and types of abuses in detail. 5 R’s of safeguarding. Interesting session. Very informative. Trainer was well prepared. Thank you.
