I found this course very informative and thought provoking, helping me understand more about the leadership styles and how they work. This has helped me navigate what approaches may work for me in my setting and enlighten me on what i can do to encorparate this in my day-to-day work life.

The course was very enjoyable, it covered a lot of in depth interesting topics. The course was run very well and at a perfect pace for us to gain a complete understanding of the course material. The group discussions and partner tasks definitely helped with seeing other perspectives and also creating a more social environment in the class. There was so much support and help offered while on the course when some questions seemed a little vague or similar to previous ones just help to think of different approaches on how to answer.
Great sessions and enjoyed the intensity over the short period of time.
