Lorraine was so welcoming and encouraging with the learners, created a really safe environment, and made sure that she answered any questions the learners had. It was really well paced, nothing felt rushed or skipped over, but she also explained how they wouldn't be expected to remember everything from the session, which again prevented it from feeling overwhelming. Good engagement from learners throughout showed that they felt able to engage in a way that worked for them, and taking time to show them how to access OneFile, and giving them time to find the right bits, felt inclusive and supportive. A wonderful webinar to shadow, thank you!
I have loved the course , I feel like it’s helped my confidence and made me realise this is the path I want to take in my career , it’s been brilliant.
