Coming from a bjj brown belt who’s handled to deal with high pressure situations he taught us how to deescalate with class rather than making the other party feel like he was in the octagon

This course was very useful and easy to follow. It covered safeguarding, communication, dementia, mental health, nutrition, and food hygiene. I learned practical skills I can use in my workplace to provide safe, person centred care. It has increased my confidence, and I would recommend it to anyone in health and social care.
