I have throughly enjoyed my time at Realise. The trainer Allan and the staff here are fantastic and very supportive. I have greatly enjoyed the two day course here and want to thank everyone.

Enjoyed the session, And hearing others experiences. Tracey is very informative and easy to understand.

Was extremely impressed with the works and what was included, it gave me a better understanding about mental health. The tutor was exceptional and always expanded on points! Amazing!
