Very helpful session in learning how to prepare for difficult conversations and the importance of giving each person time to reframe their thinking before going into the conversation. Also to try and remember to listen with our eyes as well as our ears during conversations to achieve the best possible outcome.

It was a really good lesson, I felt I got a lot out of it. Liam explained the different area we were covering really well and give us a lot of good tips to remember for our exam, I feel more confident now in regards to solving different fraction questions.

Another great session and no issues. Great experience 5th week into course.

Kieth burton my tutor has a strong passion for his teaching, he has excellent communication skills and very good in talking to the learners and myself. Keith is very well organised with his methods of teaching and has skills to help myself understanding of this subject
