Enjoyed learning about the difference between being a mentor and a coach, how to facilitate a coaching session and the characteristics of being a good mentor. Also, the benefits of being a mentor and having a mentor!

The teacher's explanations were very clear and easy to understand. The real-world examples she used made the material more relevant and engaging. I really enjoyed the group discussions and hearing different perspectives on various topics.

I wanted to take a moment to express my heartfelt gratitude for the incredible support I received from Liam during today's Level 2 calculator webinar. Unfortunately, I was the only learner present, but Liam made the most of the situation in the best possible way. Liam's dedication was evident as he spent the entire hour with me, going through a practice exam paper in detail. He took the time to break down questions that I found challenging or, to be honest, was afraid to tackle. His patient and thorough explanations helped me understand the material better and significantly boosted my confidence. What truly stood out was Liam's willingness to invest in my learning. He didn't have to conduct a one-on-one session, but he did so with enthusiasm and commitment. His support went beyond just teaching; it was about building my confidence and ensuring I felt prepared for the exam.
