Great lesson overall

Town is noisy.

I thoroughly enjoyed today's session and it certainly helped me to reflect on certain aspects of my role. In particular, I am looking forward to trying the Eisenhower matrix to see if this way of working improves my time management and stops me from feeling so overwhelmed.

I have thoroughly enjoyed participating in this course and have learned a lot of valuable knowledge and information. Our course instructor, Alan Donnelly, conducted the course in an excellent manner by including valuable information, incorporating group activities and encouraging engagement which made the course very enjoyable. Overall I had a great experience

The course was very good and i learnt alot more about what the NHS does and what requirements that are needed. How to treat people if the are upset,disstressed
