We have learned the importance of different team roles and how these bring different levels of experience, strengths and interests. A diverse range of skills can enhance the teams' effectiveness and impact positively on our children's learning. We can also learn from each other. Where possible, assign roles to staff strengths to get the best from your team.

Leeanne as usual is very helpful always there when we need her.

Overall the course was easy to understand and easy to follow. The tutor delivered the class very well he describes clearly to each of us because we all work at different paces and understand things differently and he picks up on it and helps understand well
