I’d like to give some positive feedback on our customer service training with Gail. She was an outstanding trainer—extremely informative, respectful, and engaging throughout the entire session. Gail created a welcoming environment for everyone and made sure to adapt the training to suit our individual learning needs. She incorporated a variety of methods, including group activities, which really helped reinforce the key concepts and kept the sessions interactive and enjoyable.
