Very thorough, great pace. Bethan is very knowledgable, approachable, friendly and an excellent facilitator. The course content was very good, although I found the role play a little awkward, but I understand it was useful. Case studies were very helpful!
Steve presented the training material in an effective way for me to learn it, by giving examples based on previous experiences and with facts and figures, the videos were also informative and very relevant to the different topics...the practical exercises were inclusive and interactive.. Steve always took the time to check understanding by asking questions and answered our questions with confidence comes across as approachable. I would recommend that anyone who manages people to attend and also is very beneficial for all groups and backgrounds for self awareness. Thanks Steve and team 👍

I feel so much more confident after going on this course. They should make a shortened version of this and make it mandatory for all staff. There was a lot of things i did not know and just assumed so was great in providing clarity. Course instructors were knowledgable and considerate of others.
