Ross and Brian did a fantastic job delivering this training, it was well planned and taught, I would definitely recommend this training to others, although it I'd not the easiest topic I really enjoyed learning new skills in this area and it was a very productive few days :)

Really useful refresher.

Excellent refresher course

An excellent course that made me feel more confident in my role as a mental health first aider. Rachele was a great trainer who made some difficult topics very approachable and in a sensitive manner.

I found the course very helpful and insightful, I feel more prepared to have difficult conversations, Instructors were very knowledgeable and I found all other members on the course very engaging and some very good conversations and skills shared.

Great course, Steve is really engaging and an excellent facilitator

Although exercise 3 wasn’t complete, Steve went over the idea of this and the team had all completed this previously and understood the concept. I do feel the time constraints for this were out of Steve’s control and due to room changes. This did not phase Steve nor affect our learning experience. It was very interesting and he spoke openly about personal experiences which encouraged the group to open up about their own. Thank you Steve!
