Enjoyed and benefited from being a small group ie 2 people +trainer so were able to discuss specific examples

Lisa was very good and it was lovely as we only had 2 adults plus 1 tutor and we were able to go in depth a lot more about questions/videos.

The training is cohesive, engaging and diverse in style (even though delivered online), and the training materials provided to support delivery are helpful and essential trainer tools and very professional. Both Gwen and Rhys have such incredible knowledge, charisma and approachability. They create such a safe space to allow participants to develop both personally and professionally. Their styles and co-facilitation professionalism and 'banter' are modelled so well. I am very grateful for this experience and to now be able to deliver YMHFA on behalf of my organisation, knowing I've the support and resource of the MHFA Wales team to tap into.

Really enjoyed this course. It was delivered in a relaxed , happy easy going manner. The instructors complemented each other. Loved Rhys's calm, professional attitude and behaviour.
