I thought the interactive breakout rooms really stimulating and better than some courses online which can get tedious quickly. Being interactive keeps you engaged and a better learning style. I feel I am less anxious about dealing with people with Mental Illness than before the course. Rachele was fab and very professional. really enjoyed it

Fantastic course, really interactive and a lot of very useful information. Thoroughly enjoyed. And while we covered a lot of heavy subjects, Rachele kept if light and offered support.
