Excellent training , the pre e-learning modules worked well with a good balance of reading material and activities to engage in, great preparation for the live webinar sessions. I thought the delivery of the course was really good and it was a relaxed environment considering it was delivered on Teams. I liked the idea of splitting us up into groups to discuss followed by a group discussion. I feel more confident in the way I would handle a situation.
