Excellent resources, particularly the videos and the manual. The discussions were understandably different due to the remote nature but worked as well as they could. Chloe is so personable, positive and reassuring.

This course raised further confidence in reassuring strategies that I am familiar with to support learners and staff are accurate. The use of breakout room, compassion for the sensitive topics arising and the light humour to release our own stress enabled further concentration for the next scenario. A hard/ physical copy of the manual would have been much easier to read through and access. A fantastic course which has given me the tool to assist with mental illness.

The course was extremely informative and beneficial. It has given me the confidence to approach what would have previously been an extremely controversial topic with increased confidence.

It will be great to get the manual.
