Really enjoyed the course, feel like I have a better understanding of mental health and would now be confident to try and help someone suffering and give them support and encourage them to get the help needed by professional services.

The course was very informative, and I feel more confident now about talking to people in distress. Patrick was a very good tutor, he taught us in a very professional but friendly manner, he was patient and knowledgeable, always gave us time to ask questions and he would happily address any queries from us. Overall, I would like the course to be even longer and more in-depth, covering more topics around the mental health. I am very happy I did this course though, and I will recommend it to my friends.

Bobbie handled the delivery of this course in a very supportive and encouraging way. There is a lot about the course that can challenging above and beyond the usual concerns around speaking in public. I always felt she was on my side rather than simply assessing my progress. It both interesting and engaging and I am sure that I will be able to use this information to help people.
