Fantastic resource and certification. The emphasis on real-life situations was particularly helpful. As an MSc student, I found I had theoretical knowledge but the application was lacking before the sessions. I will be putting the ALGEE framework into practice and working to better my interpersonal skills to make use of the practical knowledge. On occasion, I found that maintaining my concentration was difficult due to the length of each session. But due to the limitations around work commitments, I believe this is a minor issue. And the course handbook mitigated this issue between sessions.

Great and clear teaching, it allowed me to learn about how to approach mental first aid in the appropriate manner and gain confidence to act when presented with difficult situations, in order to help young people.
