Very helpful opened my eyes to mental health

Generally very good, but there were some parts where we were taught that situations were complex, or "on a spectrum", and then we were expected to give answers that fitted into neat categories.

A really useful course, I feel far better prepared to assess if a young person is experiencing a mental health crisis and confident to support them effectively based on my assessment.

Excellent workshops, with excellent support throughout, it was extremely interesting and informative, well delivered and very professionally approached, thank you.

With a course this short, it highlights how broad the spectrum of conditions are, and how much more there is to learn. I found the course presented and very interesting however, and feel I could assist a colleague facing issues

It would have been nice to have been told about various different resources while looking at various topics for example, how to complete and where to find a suicide safety plan. Instructors were confident in their presentation and were friendly and professional.
