An excellent programme covering various mental health concenrs we lmight see. As a result i feel i am better placed to notice the signs and deal with a colleague friends or family member with mental health concerns. Loads of content covered. Covid stricken so interaction was restricted. Feel more confident with ASIST training and this training to use prevention and intervention techniques in work and everyday life

Brill really helpful and great corse

Good approach from Carly, very knowledgeable and willing to answer any questions. COVID restrictions made it difficult in order to fully undertake course and processes however understandable in the current situation
