My ratings of 4 stars for the course is only due to the fact it was delivered via Teams, not my preferred learning and interacting method; I was unable to attend the in person training. My other ratings reflect my lack of confidence and experience of situations, and are not from a critical stance.

Louise has been an absolute pleasure to spend the past 2 days with. I especially wanted to learn more about specific subjects, and the course covered them. Absolutely brilliant training. Louise presented the course outstandingly good. I wood recommend this course to everyone. Plenty of content and Louise was very knowledgeable, if questions needed to be answered.

Really usefull course especially the phycosis section
