I really appreciated the course, the trainer Ellender was very professional, available and gave precious advices. I took many notes. Suggestions: 1) Although I have bought the manual, it would have been useful to have the slides. It is very difficult to remember the slide content which are a good summary. They should be included in the participant's material. 2) the on-line course content should remain available for the participants also after the training. 3) it would be useful to have a sort of periodic roundtable with experts and MHFAiders to share experiences, best practices, suggestions Thank you very much, a really great opportunity!
Excellent course, great trainer. Learnt a lot and feel very confident in taking my learning forward into my work place and personal life.

It would be good to cover some examples of identified mental health cases who do not want help. Instructor Tony was brilliant.
