the corse was good, very informative with good context.
Lisa was very knowledgeable and great to interact with. I enjoyed the course content and I have laernt alot from it. I feel confident to put into action what I have learnt.
Due to the course being online it made the discussions / exercises difficult to be productive. This course would have been significantly better in person.
I really liked the way the course material was interactive with things to click on and read small pieces of information, as opposed to pages and blocks of text. I enjoyed the video's, particularly the golden nugget. I would recommend adding some more videos, perhaps just replacing some of the text with audio or other alternative delivery of the information. I think some people remember more information this way. I really enjoyed the delivery of the Teams course and felt Justine and Cathy engaged me in discussion and thought the breakout discussions were a really effective way of solidifying what we had learnt. One suggestion would be to spend some time discussing possible local organisations to sign post to as think this may be the part I still feel slightly unsure about in hind sight.
Really enjoyed this course. Very informative and feel much more confident in approaching these situations. Really enjoyed watching the videos and putting the ALGEE framework into practice from doing the case studies.
Feel better equipped to help others in need of mh support
Just a bit sticky/slow on the Pre course work - I had similar issues getting to 91% as the others - had to keep going back even through I had gone through all materials .
Great and insightful course, thanks John for your support and clear and calm delivery. It would be great to have the course manual included as a printed document rather than an extra, but the content of the online and webinar sections was superb. Thank you, Phil.
