It was a well run course and we all had opportunity to contribute and engage throughout. I feel having it done in person would have been more beneficial, but still very happy and thankful to the course leaders.

Vanessa was brilliant would highly recommend. Course content was good, an advanced course for how to actually help people without referring them to seek professional help would be ideal.

Really good course, feel better equipped to deal with Mental Health issues/concerns as they arise in my work. Also acknowledge the importance of self care as a Youth Work Practitioner.
