Thank you to both Swansea University and MHFA training Wales for this opportunity. This was one of those weeks of training which you walk away from feeling upbeat and ready to use the skills learned.

A very interesting course with excellent course content. Each subject very well covered. I liked that we did the modules first and then went over it all in the webinar, it reinforced my learning and any areas I wasn't clear on I could ask questions. I would definitely recommend this course to anyone looking to do the MHFA course.

Best non NWR course I have ever attended, informative, helpful and insightful. I feel empowered now to tackle issues if approached and even to approach someone if I felt they were in need.

Both instructors were very informative and encouraging. The videos were very effective and helped me remember much better. Perhaps a short quiz at the end of each module would have been beneficial to aid memory!! Even though it was convenient, it would have been nice to have the training in person rather than online and possible have more in depth conversations regarding the scenarios. It was a very beneficial course for me as a parent and as an ITE Lecturer, and having the resources and training through the medium of Welsh was great. Modules hopefully will be translated too in the future.

Steve was great, made us feel comfortable and gave some of himself to the group which fostered a safe environment for all to share.
