I thoroughly enjoyed this course and found Rachele to be a lovely, knowledgable lady who was very friendly and put us at ease. The course was quite hard hitting and thought prolong yet fun at times too. It also had the right amount of interaction

Very interesting and eye-opening course. Gives good basic understanding of some of the feelings and thoughts some people experiencing mental health crisis may encounter as well as the stigma involved

I would recommend that this course be more widely available as it would give more people to toolset to help those in need and reduce the stigma of mental health issues overall.

Although uncomfortable some more practical exercises / role play would be useful.
