Great course, very informative and feel better about being able to atleast help someone in some way in crisis going forward or atleast try to get them the help they need

Fantastic facilitators. They both made the course so enjoyable and supported us all with a caring and mindful attitude. I feel so much more confident to be able to support anybody needing MHFA thanks to the facilitators.
