A really interesting introduction to the areas of mental health and I will definitely be looking for more courses and opportunities to now build upon this excellent foundation to support others.

We did not have Donna for the first session but Belinda :) Both Belinda and Layla were amazing and obviously very knowledgeable on the subject matter. Great tutors !

Very informative , i never really understood the complexity of some Mental heath disorders and diversity of the symptoms , but feel that i now have enough knowledge to make a difference and be the 1st point of contact for anybody suffering from these ,and will now hopefully be able to point them in the right direction on their way to recovery

Unfortunately we didn't have Donna as an instructor. We did however have Belinda and she was also 5 stars!!

Sophie was very supportive and well informed, helping us understand the subject matter better and willing to answer questions and doing regular check-ins to ensure everything was feeling okay, given the nature of the course and information.

Very informative and useful course, highly recommend. All staff working within education should be MHFA.
