Sam did a great job facilitating the course, making sure everyone was heard and the atmosphere was welcoming and supportive. It was a valuable couple of days - if anything I just wish it was a longer course and could therefore cover more topics and learn more about the other areas that we weren't able to touch on.

A very thought provoking experience, I gained a lot of knowledge about myself as well as the potential to offer assistance to other people. The course was very well presented by Steve who is a very competent presenter with great interpersonal skills getting engagement from all attendees on the course.

The course was very informative. I feel a lot more comfortable in approaching and dealing with someone who may be suffering with their mental health
