I have enjoyed the Mental Health First Aid training equipping me with further skills to help and aid with my day to day duties in work. Ann-marie is a fab trainer and thoroughly enjoyed the content.

A brilliant course. Probably one of the best I’ve ever been on. It was really informative and delivered in a real sensitive way. Elise and Sharon made sure everyone was ok throughout as we discussed some really sensitive and quite triggering topics. The course was really reflective throughout which was great. Usually courses have one takeaway that you may or may not use but this course had plenty of takeaways that I know I will use as and when I need too. I feel much more comfortable in dealing with crisis if it should ever occur.

Very informative and educational experience

I think it could have been a longer course, I think the amount of information that you have to take in it could have been done over 3 or 4 days. I would like the workbooks to have more note paper sections etc instead of making notes in a separate book as then the information is all in the same place if you need to refer back to any of it. I think that it could do with more questions and research parts to the course so that you are engaging more and not listening all day. The halfway house was a lovely venue and was great customer service.
