Well structured and lots of detail. The manual and books are full of useful information. Jon delivered the course with a professional approach.

Jon was very good, it was evident that he had worked hard to make the course interesting and enjoyable with how he delivered the course was and explained the content of everything very well. The videos were interesting to watch,which gave good insight into the psychosis a person experiences. The resource materials were very informative and good to take away for future reference. I would certainly recommend the course to other people without hesitation.

I also found the role play helped greatly in understanding how people feel. I would thoroughly recommend the course to others without hesitation

Emma was very professional, friendly and relatable. She delivered the information in a very friendly manor were i feel everyone felt they could speak openly. Enma was very good at relating real life situations to the course and i now feel better prepared when dealing with students who need mental health support.
