I thought that there was an awful lot of material to cover and absorb and with that in mind feel that the course would have benefitted with being a bit longer. ( 2 whole days ). Carol did extremely well to discuss such sensitive topics . She was both approachable and informative and the discussion and exercises were very helpful. The fact that it was interactive enabled us to learn from each other too. I think that this course is extremely useful in todays climate where so many are dealing with poor mental health. Having someone to support and assist you in the workplace is invaluable .Response : Hi Joanne, Many thanks for your feedback. I personally found the course very interesting and the tutor was very knowledgeable. Some of the content was quite sensitive and very thought provoking.
