The 2 day MHFA was really good and I've learnt a lot as a result of attending such a course. The delivery by both Steve and David was excellent and really informative and was delivered in such a way that you were able to understand difficult topics in more detail. I would 100% recommend others to attend such a training event. Excellent.

Great course difficult content

The course was really informative and delivered in a very engaging and concise way. Tristan and Nina were very knowledgeable and could easily relate to everyone in the group

Thank you to both Abby and Marie for making a very sensitive topic/course so enjoyable and informative. I would recommend anyone to undertake this training, even if they never have to use it. If more people understood Mental Health I feel that the stigma attached to mental health, or their own personal view, would change for the better, allowing more people to feel able to seek the help they need.
