This course was very enjoyable and I would highly recommend it. It was helpful to have coursework to complete before webinars so that the information could be retained. I enjoyed my sessions with Dawn. Her warmth and friendliness made me feel at ease. Having more confidence in my abilities to support people with mental health issues is definitely a great feeling for me.

Very helpful course. I would recommend this course to an individual who has a lack of mental health knowledge as well as someone who thinks they have a good knowledge of mental health as it is beneficial for both.

My only comment for improvement would be for the facilitators/trainers to have access to more relevant videos, that depict teaching practitioners or those not necessarily related/close to the people suffering with poor mental health (throughout each module). Whilst the videos were incredibly effective and very emotive - the familial element somewhat removed me from thinking of it in terms of how I may help students and threw me straight into paternal/family mode.
