Really good training, presenters were excellent and used good examples from experience to help us apply the literature to the practical aspect of working in PHW. The material and the handbook are really good and will be useful going forward in my career. We had a good group and as such benefited hugely from this so it could be difficult if the rest of the group didn't contribute, the presenters did well to foster engagement. Some difficulties with Teams occasionally but to be expected! Thank you

Really relaxed, open and informative course. Lots of opportunities to discuss mental health, my favorite bit of training with the organisation so far.

The course was excellent, the content was easy to understand as I don't have an extensive knowledge of Mental health. Steve was great with his presentation, knowledge and examples. The course progressed at a perfect timing so we were not rushed or felt information was crambed in. In conclusion, excellent course delivered by a brilliant trainer.
