Really enjoyed the two day course & thought that Belinda's delivery of the course was excellent.

Excellent course, however after attending the ASSIST SUICIDE course prior ,i feel this course would be much more worthwhile if attended first .I feel it better prepares you for the Assist course and the subject matter . Louise is a great ambassador not just for for mental health awareness but her symphathetic delivery and knowledge in the field.

When I first started t looked out of my league but as the course went on I learnt more than I thought about before.

I found the course was very informative, the instructor was great at explaining politely and professionally anything i didn't quite understand and made sure everyone understood before moving on.

Both Becci and Mandy are very professional, they are very knowledgeable in this subject and took time to listen and explain any questions that were asked by the group

Really informative and although it is a heavy subject, it was delivered in a way that was really engaging and participative. I learnt a lot and the trainers knowledge was outstanding and they were very supportive and empathetic when people were sharing their own experiences.
