A great and information training course. I feel a lot better equipped to deal with someone with mental health. Trainer was extremely knowledgeable and passionate about everything he was teaching.

Rachele was a fantastic course leader and facilitator. The discussion topics and exercises were informative and it was useful to complete the role play scenarios too. Highly recommended. Previous training was provided remotely, however I found this face-to-face session was much more beneficial.
