A big thanks to Samantha and Wendy for the enlightening and informative training. Their method of facilitating interactive sessions was highly valued as it made the learning experience from various perspectives captivating and insightful.

Very well presented course. Practical tasks were fun and informative. I feel better equipped to deal with someone with a mental health issue in the future

My expectation was by far superseded, I didn't not think I would take as much information and knowledge out of the course as I have gained, This will go on to help me help others in my personal life and my working life

Very interesting and informative. It was good to do the modules online then discuss the application of the action plan in groups.

Very interesting and informative course. Feel much more prepared to be able to spot the signs that someone may be struggling and then offer help to someone who may be struggling with mental health issues.

I really enjoyed this course and found it interesting, interactive and very informative. I feel much more confidant in being able to assess and approach a situation, following the ALGEE framework to offer support to any person experiencing mental health difficulties, as well as taking action for people in crisis. Thanks very much

Rebecca and Lisa delivered superb training with Mental Health First Aid Training. I have learned alot and my confidence has grown in regards to delivering the ALGEE method if I was ever in need to use it.
