Very good course. The webinars and discussion groups were helpful. The videos were well chosen. I found I learnt more from the videos than the handbook, because the impact of the videos was greater.
This is one of the most meaningful courses i have attended this year. Steve was very knowledgeable and supportive of open and honest conversations.
