Another great training session with Bethan Her very professional but approachable style brings out the best of everyone which is a skill when you are dealing with difficult topics

The course was very good and Steve the trainer was excellent. The practical sessions were really informative and helped in the understanding of the topics being taught. I now feel much more equipped to be able to talk and help people who need mental first aid.

Laura deserved an oscar for her portrayal of Miriam. Very convincing.

As much as there was some hard conversations in the training it really opened up everyone's views. At first seeing peoples body language be so guarded, to then relaxing and feeling in a safe space to open up was really nice to see. Steve was really calm and listened very well and also shared some really hard things he has experienced in his life. And its now opened this up for me personally to look up a course that Steve had mentioned. So that said i overall i think it was a really well put together training course.

A great course with lots of opportunities to discuss with colleagues and apply ALGEE. I feel much more well equipped and confident to tackle this moving forward.

The course was really informative for me, thank you very much. Hopefully my skills will help me to help the children.
