Excellent course with lots of experiential exercises and discussion. The Course Facilitator was open to questions throughout. Resource rich with people with lived experience sharing their experiences via video form.

Enjoyable course, did not know what to expect from it. Learnt a lot delivered in an up beat way to a serious subject - Sarah was a fab teacher - thank you! This will give me more confidence in approaching this subject with others in the future. There was a lot of content in two days, there was no time to be bored. Like I said very enjoyable.
