Incredible course, delivered by amazing instructors - had time for questions and discussions to really understand each condition to help with the skill of MHFA

This training is useful for me to evaluate the situation for the children who I work with. As a basic comprehension about mental health, I could gain the knowledge deeply. ALGEE is simple and easy to get appropriate approach to support for their mental health.

The course was a good eye opener into how to deal and cope with mental health issues, and how to apply this to daily life and work situations. Great use of exercises and videos to learn from and apply to real life situations.
