Very informative and was delivered in a great way. Chloe and Peter are very knowledgeable and approachable. They made it look very easy

It was very insightful and interesting, I have learnt a lot and feel so much more confident now dealing with a situation that might come my way. I have worked with young people for the last 7 years and I have never completed a course like this one. Chloe and Peter made the course very engaging.

Excellent discussions/scenarios provided by both instructors, very thought provoking. Both instructors ran the sessions very well and were able to answer any questions asked.

I enjoyed the course and feel more confident about the subjects discussed and supporting a person in need. The course has made me think about self care and ensuring I look after my own mental health. I understand that early intervention is key to mental health support and will not walk away from any crisis situation. Thank you Lisa and Rebecca for delivering a great course.
