I found this course interesting, informative and absolutely vital. Having the confidence to ask the direct questions about suicide and self-injury has already helped my interactions with learners in centre. I did know a lot about mental health issues but now I feel better equipped with helping to deal with a crisis and how to approach a situation. Darren is so knowledgable and encouraging, it makes being on his courses a pleasure.

Patrick was a really good instructor. He never pressured anyone to talk and the chat facility was always available. Also he was mindful of checking people were feeling okay due to the content of some of the topics. I would highly recommend the course. Very interesting and lots of information.

I think it is good to go on a refresher for MHFA. It reminds us of the course and gives us confidence in what we do. It also reminds us to take care of ourselves so we are better equipped to look after others

Fantastic facilitators. They both made the course so enjoyable and supported us all with a caring and mindful attitude. I feel so much more confident to be able to support anybody needing MHFA thanks to the facilitators.

I am just disappointed that there is no opportunity to give the two Hannah's 10 stars out of 5 You definitely deserve it. But there again everyone deserves 10 stars out of 5 for getting this far.
